If you need to cancel your plans, no worries! We’ve got a 48-hour cancellation policy, so as long as you let us know 2 days before arrival, you’ll receive a full refund (minus a small fee and gov. tax). Just send us an email at and we’ll take care of it for you. It may take anywhere between 3 – 7 days to process the refund from the date we process it from our end.

If it’s been more than 2 weeks since your cancellation and you haven’t received your refund yet, give us a friendly nudge at and we’ll sort it out.
