We understand that travel can be tiring and we want to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. If your room is available when you arrive, we are happy to check you in at no extra charge. However, if you need a guaranteed early Check-In before 2 pm, please note that booking the previous night is necessary to guarantee availability
CAN I DO A LATE CHECK-OUT?
If you need a little more time before departure, just give us a heads up at the Desk. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note a small fee may apply.
CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE AT THE PROPERTY?
Of course! If you arrive before your Check-In time, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We’ll happily store your luggage for free until your room or bed is ready. And, even after you check out, we’ll keep your bags with us for free until 9 pm on the same day.
I'M LOOKING TO STAY FOR A WEEK, DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we do. Usually, 10% for a week-long stay.
I'M LOOKING TO STAY FOR A MONTH, DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we do. Usually, 15% for a month-long stay.
CAN UNMARRIED COUPLES STAY AT TOGETHER?
Definitely! But, make sure to bring valid government-approved photo identification for both individuals.
CAN I SPEED UP THE CHECK-IN PROCESS?
We love making things easy for our guests, which is why we offer the option to pre-register for your stay. By pre-registering, you can speed up the check-in process.
